<DescriptionText><text>
This error should not be seen under normal machine operation. First look in
the machine and remove any media that is stuck on the drum. Then select the
RESUME or CANCEL IMAGE button from the workstation dialog box. If the problem
persists, call Creo service.

<ServiceInformation>
<DescriptionText><text>
If there is any media on the drum, remove it and continue. If the drum is
clear, then, with the "proof" command, check that the vacuum sensor in the
drum is working properly. Load some receivers and donors and verify that
the thresholds set in "proof dvrt" and "proof dvct" are correct.
</text></DescriptionText>
</ServiceInformation>
<Cause>
Before unloading a carrier from the drum the machine checks the vacuum of
the drum to ensure that there is no receiver on the drum. If the machine
detects a recevier on the drum, then it suspends instead of unloading the
carrier. The problem is due to a piece of media on the drum or a faulty
drum vacuum sensor.
